  • How long does it typically take to get Technician out to my house?
    Times Due vary, especially because most equipment tends to fail during extreme weather conditions. Most appointments are met the same day. Sometimes parts aren't available and will have to be ordered and replaced as they come in.
  • Are your Technicians paid a commission?
    Absolutely not, as we all know a lot of companies pay their technicians a commission and that incentive sometimes can have a negative effect. Such as replacing parts that are not needed or selling new equipment all together.
  • Do you Offer Financing on equipment replacements?
    Currently, we do not offer financing solutions. However, that is a service will be providing in the near future.
  • What are your operating hours?
    We work Monday through Saturday 8:00am- 4:00pm Monday - Friday 8:00am-12pm Saturday
  • Is it essential to due preventative maintenance?
    Yes. Absolutely, like a car if you fail to do the service and routine maintenance your equipment will fail prematurely.
  • Do you offer Discounts to new customers?
    Absolutely, new customers get a preventative maintenance discount of 20% off the first service.
